Private Firearms Training

Our goal is to help new gun owners become comfortable handling their new gun purchases. Our team members are all female civilians, so we understand what it's like to be a newbie. Each Firearm Safety class is 2 hours. First time clients will have a lecture of the safety protocols, gun store and range etiquette, the ins and outs of a firearm, and how they work for the first hour. Then, the client will take what they've learned, and apply it to the shooting range for the second hour with the Instructor and Range Safety Officer. As our clients progress, their training does as well. When both the client and instructor are confident that he/she is ready for the next step, continuing to progress with training is offered to the new shooter.

In order to be an efficient and responsible shooter, dryfiring is a great way to practice. It will help create muscle memory and remove the anticipation of knowing the gun will go "boom" when practicing at the range. Once you're trained on the safety and the dryfiring, you'll be ready to continue to practice on our own! Our instructors uses the Mantis Dryfire System™ to help you improve your shots.

Just like how we have to clean and maintain ourselves, the same goes with our firearms. Learn step by step of how to break down your firearm, and prepare it for cleaning. During this process, you will also see and learn what different parts of your gun does to make it work. Cleaning classes have also helped clients get more comfortable with their guns as they learn how the mechanisms work.

Private Self Defense Training

You won't always have your firearm ready to protect you from bad situations, especially in New York. We also believe that your firearm should be the last tool that you will use to to stop a threat. Which is why we offer self defense classes. With years of martial arts training, we have put together techniques that are not only practical for real life situations, but can also be modified to each practicing individual so that you will successfully stop your threat with non-lethal moves.

​Get your friends and family together for a self defense workshop party. We will demonstrate practical, non-lethal techniques that can get you out of grabs, holds, and pinned. We will show you our go-to, non-lethal tools of choice. Self defense weapons are all NYS legal, and will be available for purchase. Hostess is always free. ​$20 per person.
